I am so impressed with how Brandon has assisted me. An additional person was mistakenly added to my policy which meant more money was deducted from my account. As soon as I informed Brandon about the error he immediately sorted it out with my Insurance and I received my refund. He also keeps me updated on where I can get a cheaper premium. Polite, efficient and quick to respond. I highly recommend working with Brandon if shopping for an affordable insurance

Brandon is an excellent insurance man I love the way he just went right to work when I called him. I didn’t have to wait for him to find me the best insurance deal I was also impressed with the fact that the whole process took less than a hour. I drove off the car lot with my vehicle. Brandon Ms Vanessa loves you and I think you should get a raise 😉. I give Brandon all the stars for his excellent service and my experience was great. If I could leave 10 stars I would! Brandon and Elias are absolutely heaven sent. I was almost sure I would be paying over $600 in insurance because of an insurance lapse from 5 years ago. I called Simmerer Insurance and within 15 mins they called me back with a great deal for me. Not only is my insurance very reasonable, but it’s the best coverage I have ever had. Brandon and Elias both took the time to explain my policy, and reached out several times after to make sure I didn’t need anything. If you had any doubts they should stop here. Simmerer Insurance is the BEST!!!
